De-duplication

Duplication of customer accounts is a common occurrence, especially within large databases, and we can provide a comprehensive solution to help identify or remove duplicate records from any consumer databases supplied to us. Over a decade of programming experience has gone into creating software that enables our customers to choose to locate matches at premise level (one mailing per address), surname level (one mailing per family per address) or individual level (one mailing per person per address). We also give our customers the choice of what to do with any duplicates found. Duplicate entries can be removed (only recommended if the file is a third party prospecting file), flagged as a duplicate and left on the original file or a file of reference keys can be supplied for use with your own in house software. In addition to this, comprehensive reports are provided detailing all possible matches to keep you fully informed and to enable you to have full control of your data.

Merge-Purge

This is the process of merging two or more mailing files to produce one net mailing file. Duplicates are detected in exactly the same way as above and the customer chooses the priority that the files are imported into the de-duplication process.
